WRITE IT OUT. Journal your thoughts, feelings, musings - letting your thoughts live outside of your head is freeing for your mind + heart.
GIRL PUT YOUR RECORDS ON. Music can have a calming + uplifting effect. (I made you a playlist).
GREEN YOUR THUMB. Visit a nursery, plant a garden, water your houseplants.
BE A HELPER. Connecting with others, especially in service, provides a sense of community and purpose.
